Budawang Yoga Retreat
Friday 14th to Monday 17th April, 2017
A Yoga Retreat in the Wilderness of the Budawang country, on the NSW South Coast
A precious opportunity to spend 4 days and 3 nights in the pristine wilderness of the Meroo National Park. A unique blend of Yoga, Aboriginal culture, camping, bush tucker walks, hikes and more... hosted by Uncle Noel Butler, a custodian of this ancient land with a remarkably deep knowledge and a very generous open heart.
The retreat is hosted at Nuragunyu (in Dhurga language, Swan country), Noel's and Trish's lush and peaceful property where a large lawn for camping is available; we will sit around a fire at night and enjoy the flora and wildlife of the Meroo National Park. At Nuragunya, the facilities include toilets, hot showers, and an enclosed ktichen and dining area where we will savour our delicious vegetarian meals, prepared by our beautiful, very own chef, Emerald.
• Yoga, Pranayama and Meditation practice twice a day with Fabio
